During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the convenience of having free coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The hotel was in a great location, situated near various metro stations, local restaurants, and shopping centers. Another positive aspect was the clean rooms which were well-maintained.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly towards me and other guests. the hotel did not offer any special Christmas decorations or activities which really put a damper on the holiday cheer.

Convenient location near Tianjin train station and the Century Clock. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Considerate staff who left reminders to stay hydrated during hot weather. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

This allowed me to easily commute to various locations across the city. the hotel itself had a grand and impressive aesthetic, which was complemented by the lovely boardwalk by the river. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the comfortable bed. After a long day of meetings, it was great to come back to a cozy bed where I could rest and recharge for the next day.
Noisy ground floor room and poor room maintenance Unfortunately, not everything about the hotel was ideal. Despite requesting a high floor room, I was given a ground floor room that was especially noisy at night, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Close to the train station, it is easily accessible, so you can start your adventure as soon as possible. the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast is delicious and affordable, and the interior is elegantly decorated. this hotel offers great value for its price.
The lack of English-speaking staff might be a downside for some guests.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location is ideal, as it is directly across the river and very close to the train station. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities are impressive, and the cleanliness is notable.
